Faulkner 40588 Review: Faulkner Executive Recliner, Standard. The Faulkner Executive Recliner broke the first time I used it. I was laying back in it, and it collapsed on one side. A plastic piece gave out. When it collapsed, my finger was pinched between two of the tubes, and was injured.
