Skil 3400-20-RT Review: Factory-Reconditioned Skil 3400-20 15 Amp 10-Inch Table Saw. This saw is pretty poorly made. Even after following the instructions for adjusting the blade so it is parallel to the fence, the blade is at a bit of an angle, only about half a degree or so, but it can not be made to be perfectly parallel to the fence. The adjusting slots underneath the table are not machined properly.
